By using Landscaping Quotes, you agree to the following.

What we are

Landscaping Quotes is a referral platform that connects Adelaide homeowners with licensed landscaping trades. We are not a landscaping contractor. We do not perform landscaping work, we do not enter into contracts to perform work, and we do not warrant the work performed by any trade in our network.

What we provide

We provide a quote-matching service. When you request a quote, we forward your brief to up to three matched trades. We do not guarantee the number of responses, the response time, or the price quoted.

Trade relationships

The trades in our network are independent contractors. We do not employ them, do not direct their work, and are not responsible for their performance. Any contract for landscaping work is entered into directly between you and the trade you select.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to AUD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
